10 Years of love

Recently, the lovely couple of La and her husband celebrated their 10th wedding Anniversary.  It was an amazing experience helping them to commemorate the many years of love they share together.

Here's what we did

1. First, we sat down and talked about what she wanted.

2. Then we visited two parks in the neighborhood to get a feel for each and chose the ideal spot.

3. Next, my client tried on her dress and sent me a picture of herself in it.  Of course it didn't fit, it's been ten years since she last wore it.

4. I made some suggestions and sent her a few ideas for adjustments. I grew up with a mother & sister who were dress makers and a brother who was a tailor.

5. We locked in the date and began prepping behind the scenes.

On the day of the Shoot 

The park was really windy, and we literally chased the veil and train around to keep them from whipping away in the wind.

 Still, all went well, and I was able to get her the images she wanted.
